One of the great gifts of parish life is the way relationships form around shared prayer, shared learning, shared service, and shared conversation. From the beginning, the Church has understood that the Christian life is not lived alone. We come to know Christ more deeply as we come to know one another.
In the months ahead, we will begin offering a variety of opportunities for connection through an initiative called Life Together at Incarnation. These offerings will include small gatherings sharped around shared learning, service, hospitality, and common interests. Some groups may meet for a short season, while others may take shape in response to the interests and availability of parishioners.
Our hope is simple: to create more spaces where friendships can grow, where faith can be shared, and where the life of the parish can be lived more deeply together.
Because this is a new initiative, these offerings will develop gradually. Some groups will be time-limited, and others may evolve as we learn what is most helpful and meaningful for our community. We expect this to be a dynamic process, shaped by the gifts, interests, and participation of the parish. Because meaningful relationships often develop most naturally in smaller settings, groups will have limited numbers of participants. This allows space for conversation, trust, and friendships to grow in ways that are often more difficult in larger gatherings.
