“For I was hungry and you gave me food; I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink; I was a stranger and you welcomed me; I was naked and you gave me clothing; I was sick and you took care of me; I was in prison and you visited me.”

Matthew 25:35-36 (NSRV)

Our Work

The mission of the Outreach Committee is to lead and support our parishioners in the service of our greater community. We are committed as individuals and as a congregation to seek and serve Christ and to carry out His charge to us, his followers, to care for those in need.

The Outreach ministry of Incarnation encompasses effective use of the time, talent and treasure of the members of our congregation. All members of the congregation are encouraged to consider service in Outreach activities. If you are interested in

Outreach also coordinates the church’s participation with local non-profits in the Highlands area in joint fund-raising efforts. We directly support Highlands School, the “Shop with a Cop” program of the Highlands Police Department at Christmas, and area non-profits, including Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Blue Ridge Dental Clinic, Community Care Clinic, Highlands Counseling Center, International Friendship Center and REACH of Macon County.
